Help organisations understand to what extent the facilities solution meets the organisational need for facilities services. The reviews include consideration of current business need, facilities costs, organisation, effectiveness of processes, service levels and quality.

A substantial part of our work involves helping organisations to plan and achieve their objectives. This work includes helping managers create effective plans and communicate them in a compelling way to their key stakeholders.
Sourcing strategy and procurement
Coretex have procured nearly £400 million of facilities services across most FM services including management, maintenance, cleaning, security, grounds, catering as well as specialist PFI contracts. We have procured services for both the public and private sectors.
Developing people
Every organisation needs to have competent and motivated people. Coretex have helped develop people through mentoring coaching and training.
Programme Management
We are results oriented. We create and facilitate steering groups within organisations, run change projects to drive change and save money, implement global portfolio or supplier change programmes.
