Coretex International was created following a management buy-out of the Real Estate and Facility Management consulting and training division of Strategic Direction (Est 1991) in 2007. We are a multi-disciplined consulting and organisation development company.

It is important to us that we increase the capability and performance of our clients (rather than just identify and solve problems). To achieve this we build momentum for change management within the client organisation utilising excellent, proven processes and highly competent consultants.

We help clients to review and improve value for money and performance of in-house teams and suppliers.
